These Terms govern your use of RevBox (the "Service"), provided by Red Wolf Digital LLC ("RevBox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have authority to bind your organization).

1. The Service

RevBox is an AI-assisted tool that helps businesses respond to Google reviews. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) send spam or harassing content; (c) infringe intellectual property of others; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (probing, scraping, malware, reverse engineering); (e) resell or redistribute access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of review text and business data you provide. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for content you publish using the Service (including AI-generated replies you choose to send).

4. AI outputs

AI replies may be inaccurate or inappropriate for some situations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. Do not rely on AI outputs as legal, financial, or professional advice. We may moderate or restrict outputs to prevent abuse.

5. Our IP

We retain ownership of the Service, software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your active plan.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics see our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law prohibits exclusion.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
