This notice explains how Red Wolf Digital LLC ("RevBox", "we") collects and uses personal data when you use revbox.app and our service. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
• Usage data: reviews you paste in, AI responses generated, locations connected, app telemetry, device identifiers, IP address.
• Support data: messages you send to support@revbox.app.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe, our payment processor (see "Sharing").

2. Purposes and legal basis

• Creating and securing your account — contract performance.
• Providing the AI review reply service — contract performance.
• Security, fraud and abuse prevention — legitimate interests.
• Product improvement and aggregated analytics — legitimate interests.
• Customer support — contract performance.
• Marketing emails (only if you opt in) — consent.

3. Sharing

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing, subscription billing, invoicing.
• Subprocessors: hosting (Supabase / Lovable Cloud), AI model providers (OpenAI, Google via Lovable AI Gateway), email delivery.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

4. International transfers

Data may be processed outside the UK/EEA (including the United States). Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to safeguard transfers.

5. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and up to 24 months after deletion to handle legal, accounting, and dispute obligations. Generated review responses are retained for the lifetime of the account; you can delete them at any time.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. EU/UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority. We will respond within one month. To exercise these rights, email support@revbox.app.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and Row-Level Security on user data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session persistence. We do not currently use third-party marketing cookies. If that changes we will surface a cookie banner.
